Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on our website apiscutis.com, as well as to all transactions carried out in the context of our sales. By placing an order on our site, you unreservedly accept these general terms and conditions.

Any order placed on our site is governed by these terms and conditions, which the customer acknowledges having read and accepted at the time of placing the order. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the customer. Any general conditions of the customer cannot be enforced against the seller. No deviation from these terms will be accepted without prior written confirmation from the seller. The seller reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. However, ongoing orders remain subject to the terms applicable at the time the sale was concluded.

Product

We offer a soap and a scrub under our ApisCutis brand, which notably includes bee products. For any questions, you can contact us at the following address: apiscutis@outlook.com.

Orders

You can place your orders online on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of product availability issues or suspected fraud.

Prices

The prices listed on our site are in euros and include the applicable Belgian VAT. Shipping costs are specified during the order process. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Payment

Payment for orders is made online at the time of purchase, using the secure payment methods available on our site. Cash payment upon delivery is also possible, although online payments are preferred.

Delivery

The shipping cost is currently €5.95 (incl. VAT) and may change over time. However, delivery is free for any purchase of €59 (incl. VAT) or more.

Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles VI.47 to VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without having to justify their decision and without incurring additional costs. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy section.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding an order must be sent by email to apiscutis@outlook.com within 3 days of receipt of the order. We are committed to responding promptly to all complaints and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Liability

We are committed to providing products that comply with current Belgian legislation. However, we cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of our products.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
